We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products to you, except that we shall provide you with a refund or replace products for you if there are any defects. All warranties and representations are otherwise fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.We collect the information required to fulfil your order and use your information only for purposes related to the services we provide. We hold your information with the utmost care and security and we do not sell or exchange our customers' details.
We have the right at any time to cancel and refund an order based on the discretion of our staff or stock availability.
LikeMe is wholly owned and operated by Todae Lifestyle Store (Todae Online Pty Ltd ABN: 90154349336). Your credit card/Paypal will be deducted with the name of Todae.
Products purchased with LikeMe cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they arrive DOA – a valid receipt is required with DOA returns.
If we feel that you have violated the terms and conditions of sale, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you (if applicable).

Your order will be despatched from our warehouse in Sydney, within 10 business of the completion of the LikeMe deal. Most orders will be despatched within 5 days.
All products remain the property of Todae until they have been paid for by you. We are not required to deliver until payment has been received in full.

Competition Terms & Conditions:

Entry is open to all Australians, with a Facebook account who are over the age of 18 years as at 01.05.2012.
To enter, eligible entrants must click the Facebook Like button and then enter in their valid (and primary) email address at www.likeme.com.au between 8.00AM on Monday and 4:59pm Friday each week and agree to the terms and conditions.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree on receiving promotional offers from Todae Online/LikeMe (newsletters).
There is a limit of one entry per person.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries due to any circumstance be it technical or otherwise, will be deemed invalid.
After signing up, the entrant must remain a subscriber to the Todae Online Newsletter for the promotional period in order to be eligible to win.
Employees of the Promoter and its agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The winners will be announced on the Monday following the finishing of the LikeMe offers on the LikeMe website on the terms and conditions page as well as the winner being notified by email.
The prize will be dispatched to the winners as soon as we have received their postal details.
The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
There is 1 major prizes for this competition. The major prize draw will take place at 3pm AEST at Todae Online 300A Bridge Rd Forest Lodge 2037 on the Monday after the LikeMe offer has finished. The one valid entries drawn randomly will be awarded the prize for which they entered (subscribed).
The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright of any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to supply alternative prizes of similar monetary value after seeking the permission from the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.
The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for late entries or entries not received for any reason.
Todae Online Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Todae Online Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.
Todae Online Pty Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
